Look what I got in the mail! Seriously Cute!

A dear friend and fellow Demonstrator sent me this card!  On the inside she congratulated me on my recent promotion to Manager and said I was an inspiration.  What nice words.    It  made my day!!  Amy is so very creative. Her blog is Just a Little ink.  Thanks, Amy.  

Did you notice she used the stamps that came with April's Paper Pumpkin!  She must have used her Stamp-ma-jig because the words are lined up perfect!

2013 Color Refresh ~ Plus FREE SHIPPING (April 6-8)

I am very excited that so many of the favorite In Colors are making their way back into our core line.  Bermuda Bay!  Wisteria Wonder!  Pool Party!  Island Indigo!  Woohoo!

The one I AM sad about...Baja Breeze.  But I trust Stampin' Up! so I can live without it.

 Here are more details:

Color is fundamental to who we are and what we offer. It's important for us to stay up-to-date with color trends so we are thrilled to share our updated line of colors, and hope you will be as excited as we are by the new possibilities!

Why now? In 2010 we did a big color renovation and shared our plans for smaller color refreshes every three to five years to keep our colors on trend. Well it has been three years and we are excited to announce that the upcoming 2013-2014 annual catalog will include 10 new colors (most of which are returning In Colors from previous years)! We are welcoming back some of your favorites, moving some colors around, and introducing one brand-new color, so take a look!

Beginning on April 4, 2013, all retiring/discontinued color products (i.e. ink, paper, ribbon, accessories, etc.) will be available only while supplies last. This means that some products will not be available through the retired list period. We did anticipate increased demand and based our forecasts for these retiring colors on historical sales information from previous color transitions. However, even with the most careful planning, the response to a transition of this nature can surprise everyone.

And also announced today, FREE SHIPPING is going on April 6-8, 2013, which would be a great time for you to get your favorites before they are gone!

Easter Kits

Casino Trip Fundraiser

Hi Stampers,

Today's picture is of the little packet of cards I put together for my daughter's softball team.  They doing an auction to raise some funds.  I had her pick out 12 cards (then I threw in some envelopes), I put them in the bag, added a tag and some ribbon.  Viola a cute, fast, simple prize.  Thank goodness for my stash of cards.

You're Amazing Birthday cards

I just wanted to share some quick cards.  You see, Brenda needed some birthday cards and only had a few minutes to make them and this is what we came up with.  The balloon card was one I saw on a board at Stampin' Up! Leadership. The other one just popped out of my head.

Brenda's friends are going to love these cards.  What about you don't you love getting a hand made card?  Let me know if you don't know the feeling and I will send you a card just for the fun of it!!

First Day of Stampin' Up! Leadership

Hi Stampers,

I had a wonderful day at Stampin' Up! Leadership 2013 today.  I can hardly wait to see what's in store for me tomorrow!  Here is a picture of one of my swaps.  I am bummed that I can't read the name one the back so I can't even give the stamper credit.  She made it on MDS (My Digital Studio).  I love the colors and the simplicity.



I attended the class "How To Get To Managers' Reception Next Year".  Congrats to me, you see I became a Manger in December (too late to attend this year's Managers').  But wanted to make sure I continue to advance in this great company and go to the reception next year.  Brian Pilling did a great job helping me set goals that would help take me to the next level.  I am very excited to take action on achieving these goals.  Thanks Brian!  I plan on sharing what I learned with the other people in my group.
