Square Christmas Ornament

We had our group Kindred Inker meeting last Monday, and Kelli demonstrated how to make a Christmas ornament out of 3” x 3” square of Designer Series Paper.  I immediately thought of the Festival of Prints Designer Series Paper Stack from the current Holiday Catalog!!  I could make a bazillion of the ornaments with that paper.  And with the size of the paper being 4 ½” x 6 ½” there wasn’t much waste!  So here is what they look like closed

 

And here is what they look like open!  Petty.  I will be making these for teacher gifts, bank teller gifts, mail person gifts and so on and so on.

Time Change!!

Notice time has changed!

They moved my daughter's tournament to this weekend, so I had to move my workshop to the evening hours.  If this doesn't work for you, give me a call and we can set a time that does work.

I am working on the gifts for those who bring a friend and I am really liking the way they turned out.  So make sure you don't miss out call that a friend or two the more the merrier!!

Tonight is Carly’s (my niece) 3^rd birthday!!  Here’s the card I made for her.  I saw the card on Pinterest. I wish I could remember who was the creator so I could give her credit.  I guess you will just have to go to my Pinterest board “Stampin’ Up! card ideas" to find out.  Anyway, I just love this card and as you can tell from the pictures, my niece is a little Tiger herself.  But I love her!!  Lol

Supplies used to create Lion:

Mane-Blossoms punch (2), Face-Circles #2 die (2” circle), Cheeks-3/4” circle punch (2), nose and eyes-builder owl punch.  I used Summer Starfuit, Soft Suede and Raspberry Ripple card stock (but want to try Only Orange, Daffodil Delight and Real Red card stock next time).  The card base is Whisper White.  Background-Patio Party DSP (Designer Series Paper)
