All card kits are $3 (plus shipping).  All stamping, punching and Big Shot cutting/embossing is done for you.  All you need is adhesive (I suggest:  SNAIL Adhesive #104332, Multipurpose Liquid Glue item #110755, and Glue Dots item #103683). 
Stampin' Up! dimensionals item #104430 where used also.  Envelopes are not included.  But all supplies are available at my on-line store.  www.kathyhowes.stampinup.net
